1. General Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, including requirements for proper storage, handling, and integrity verification, returns of opened products are not accepted. We do, however, offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund & Replacement Situations

• Your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling
• You receive an incorrect product
• Your order is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days)
• A product defect is identified upon first opening with photographic proof within 48 hours

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

• Include order number, issue description, and clear photos

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds issued within 7–10 business days
• Only product cost is refunded (shipping excluded unless our fault)
• Replacements shipped within 2–3 business days after approval

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened or used products (unless defect confirmed at first opening)
• Improper storage or handling by customer
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Change-of-mind after shipment
• Carrier delays, customs issues, or external disruptions

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet processed. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us directly at info@vialetresearch.com. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns promptly.
